                         Application Fee:

After the successful payment of the application fees, Form Number will be generated                                            (eg. UOHYDPGXX99999999) take the printout of the application form and keep it                                              safe for future correspondence. Without the Form Number application will not be considered.

Fees once paid will not be refunded.
